In the Heart of Downtown Greensboro
Greensboro, North Carolina is located about an hour west of Raleigh, two hours north of Charlotte and three hours east of Asheville. The central location within the state makes it a perfect location for vendors, guests and travelers from all of these areas. We often have couples from Raleigh, Winston-Salem and Charlotte. For those further away, the Greensboro airport, PTI (Piedmont Triad International) is big enough to accommodate international travel twice a year for Furniture Market, but small and calm enough to get in and out of very easily for the other 50 weeks of the year. Some of our guests say it is the best airport they’ve ever encountered.
We are only 15 minutes from the airport.
We have our own private parking lot with about 60 spaces, but there is also plenty of street parking, and parking decks. Several hotels are even within walking distance. We are two blocks away from Elm Street restaurants and breweries, and antique shops. Our downtown is ready for your group before and after a Cadillac event.

From PTI airport and all points north of Greensboro…
follow the exit lane to Bryan Boulevard (toward I-40) and follow the signs to Winston-Salem / Greensboro. Stay to the left to Downtown Greensboro when Bryan Boulevard splits and it will bring you to downtown Greensboro. Once you enter the central part of downtown, Bryan Boulevard will have become Smith Street and your next turn will be right onto Eugene Street. Eugene will cross Friendly Avenue in just two blocks and once you cross Friendly, get into the right lane to turn onto Market Street which is one-way. A right turn there will head you east and The Cadillac Service Garage is ahead on your left in a few blocks. The parking lot for Cadillac is just past its front doors, past the parking gates in our private lot. But feel free to park in any of the street parking spots that are free on weekends and evenings after 6pm.
From Raleigh and all points east of Greensboro…
follow I-40 west or I-85 west, and take the exit ramp at Lee Street / Gate City Boulevard. Follow Gate City Boulevard for a couple of miles to Murrow Boulevard and turn right there onto Murrow Boulevard. The first traffic light will be Market Street but it is one-way so you will go through the intersection there and move into the left turn lane onto Friendly Avenue. One block on Friendly Avenue and you will make a left turn onto Church Street for one block to Market Street. Turn left onto Market Street and we are right there on your left. The parking lot for Cadillac is just past its front doors, past the parking gates in our private lot. But feel free to park in any of the street parking spots that are free on weekends and evenings after 6pm.
From Winston-Salem and all points west of Greensboro…
follow I-40 east and take the Wendover Avenue East exit. Follow Wendover Avenue, east bound toward downtown Greensboro and exit off of Wendover at the Market Street exit ramp. Turn right onto Market Street and stay on Market Street for about 3 miles into and through downtown Greensboro. We are one block past the Davie Street intersection. The parking lot for Cadillac is just past its front doors, past the parking gates in our private lot. But feel free to park in any of the street parking spots that are free on weekends and evenings after 6pm.
From Charlotte and all points south of Greensboro…
follow I-85 north into Greensboro and follow the signs and the split to the right, to 29 / 70 when it splits near Groomtown Road & Grandover Avenue. Follow and you will be on highway I-40. Follow the highway to the Elm / Eugene exit toward downtown Greensboro. Turn left there at the top of the exit ramp and follow the road into Greensboro and turn right onto Market Street.
