How do I set up a tour?

Can I place a hold on a date we are interested in?

Yes! We offer complimentary 15 day holds.

What is your capacity?

Our weddings typically fall within the 125 to 175 guest range, but we host many weddings with smaller guest counts, and can comfortably seat up to 225 guests.

What comes with my rental?

Access to the entire venue, including the lounges, our complete furniture inventory, a dedicated Event Manager, two hours for a photo shoot prior to your wedding day, and a one and a half hour rehearsal are all included with your venue rental. Inquire for a detailed list.

Do I have to use specific vendors?

Catering: Yes, our exclusive caterer is 1618 On Location.

 Planning: We require that you hire an approved, full-service wedding planning team to ensure that all of your wedding day details are planned & executed. We welcome outside planning teams, and know that your connections with your planner can be very important. If you prefer an in-house experience, we can help with that! We have worked for years with Events By Summer Joy, and our companies partner so efficiently together, we are able to offer reduced package pricing.

Other Vendors: We have great vendors that we've worked with and love to recommend. However, we realize that each couple is unique, with different visions and relationships, so we look forward to seeing the vendor team you and your planner put together! 

Is there parking on site or nearby?

Our parking lot is dedicated to Cadillac Service Garage events on nights and weekends. In addition, there are over 100 street parking spots that are free on nights and weekends, and three city parking decks within walking distance.

Is The Cadillac Service Garage wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the venue is wheelchair-accessible, excluding the overlooking mezzanine.

Will there be other weddings at The Cadillac Service Garage on my wedding day?

No, we only host one wedding at a time, so your day is all yours!
